Over 30 Coral Triangle Initiative (CTI) government and partner representatives met in Sanur, Indonesia, to participate in meetings of the Financial Mechanisms Working Group and the Coordination Mechanisms Working Group from March 21–22, 2013. A key achievement of the meetings was the announcement by the Government of Malaysia of its ratification of the Agreement to establish the permanent CTI Secretariat.

The CTI-CFF Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Working Group will be convening a workshop on April 10-12 in Manila, Philippines. This will be hosted by the Government of the Republic of the Philippines through its National CTI Coordinating Committee in coordination with the Interim Regional Secretariat and with support from the US CTI Support Program.

The CTI-CFF Financial Resources Working Group (FRWG) and Coordination Mechanisms Working Group (CMWG) will conduct meetings in Bali, Indonesia on 21 – 22 March 2013. These Meetings will be back to back with the 3rd CTI-CFF Regional Business Forum (3rd RBF) on 25-26 March 2013.

Representatives from various development and non-governmental organizations supporting the Coral Triangle Initiative on Coral Reefs, Fisheries and Food Security (CTI-CFF) will gather in Bali, Indonesia, on January 16–17, 2013, to enhance coordination of activities that ensure the initiative’s sustainability.
