The CTI-CFF Regional Secretariat attended the Global Policy Dialogue Series entitled “Technological and Science-based Solutions to the COVID-19 Challenge,” organized by the UN Department of Economic and Social Affairs (UN DESA).

The CTI-CFF Regional Secretariat, along with member countries of CTI-CFF, attended a virtual discussion on “Coral Reefs and the CBD Post-2020 Global Biodiversity Framework” on 3 November 2020, convened by the International Coral Reef Initiative (ICRI) for participants in the Asia-Pacific region.

The session covered the ICRI recommendations on the CBD Post-2020 Global Biodiversity Framework. The recommendations are as follows:

The CTI-CFF, through its Regional Secretariat, attended as an observer in the 5th Senior Officials Meeting (SOM) of the AIS Forum on 10 November 2020. The meeting was held in preparation for the Third Ministerial Meeting of the Archipelagic and Island States (AIS) Forum scheduled for 25 November 2020, to review the progress of the activities and working plan of the AIS Forum Secretariat.

The Regional Secretariat of CTI-CFF, office in Manado, North Sulawesi Indonesia is requesting proposals froim qualified firms of Certified Public Accountants to audit its financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2020 and may be reappointed  for the next fiscal year 2021. These audits shall be performed in accordance with the Performance Specifications listed in Terms of Reference attached to this Request for Proposal.
