Vacancy: Deputy Executive Director of CTI-CFF Regional Secretariat (Program Services and Corporate Services)

URGENTLY REQUIRED

As a response to the urgent threats facing coastal and marine resources in one of the most biologically diverse and ecologically rich regions on earth, and to promote regional cooperation, sharing of lessons, and facilitate learning across the Six Coral Triangle countries (Indonesia, Malaysia, Papua New Guinea, the Philippines, Solomon Islands, Timor-Leste), the Regional Secretariat of CTI-CFF is opening vacant positions as:

1. DEPUTY EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR of Corporate Services

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Economics or Management with experience in development-related advisory and international partnerships.
• Demonstrated capacity to manage program implementation and work effectively with implementing partners.
• Proven track record of excellent management, leadership, and representation skills.

2. DEPUTY EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR of Program Services

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Management or Natural Resources Management with experience in project development or project management.
• Ability to conceptualize and convey strategic vision from a spectrum of development experience.
• Effective capacity to manage program implementation and coordinate with implementing partners.
• Proactive and results-oriented with a proven track record of excellent management, leadership, and representation skills.
