SUFIA RTI presents PLOCA Survey Results

The SUFIA Participatory Local Organizational Capacity Assessment (PLOCA) survey results were presented by SUFIA RTI International during a plenary online meeting on 22 April 2021. The meeting also shared recommendations for capacity development activities aimed at strengthening CTI-CFF in the areas of compliance, performance, and viability, and included an introductory session on organizational sustainability.

In addition to the PLOCA survey results, SUFIA Project–RTI International presented the findings of other assessments, including the Non-US Organization Pre-Award Survey (NUPAS) and the Organizational Performance Index (OPI). They also provided an overview of organizational viability and sustainability.

The PLOCA survey is an ongoing activity of the SUFIA project, designed to enhance the managerial, operational, and overall organizational capacity of CTI-CFF.
