Passing of the former Prime Minister of Papua New Guinea

On behalf of the CTI-CFF, the Regional Secretariat, comprising the six member countries, expresses its heartfelt condolences and sympathies to the family of the former Prime Minister H.E. Sir Michael Thomas Somare, the government, and the people of Papua New Guinea on his passing.

H.E. Somare was a well-respected leader and a key figure in Papua New Guinea. CTI-CFF greatly honors the commitment H.E. Somare gave to CTI-CFF in realizing the organization’s goals.
