Manado, Indonesia – Members of the CTI-CFF Internal Resource Committee (IRC) are set to meet in Manado, Indonesia early this year to carry out the decisions made during the 15th Senior Officials Meeting (SOM-15), as well as to deliberate on internal operations, finances, and administrative matters of the CTI-CFF Regional Secretariat.

In particular, discussions will focus on the budgets for the 2nd CTI-CFF Leaders’ Summit, the finalization and production of the renewed CTI-CFF Regional Plan of Action (RPOA 2.0), and other planned activities of the Regional Secretariat that require additional funding. The finalization of the CTI-CFF Staff Policies and Procedures Manual and the renewal of the Host Country Agreement are also included in the agenda.

The IRC meeting is planned to be conducted back-to-back with the Financial Resources Working Group (FRWG) Meeting.

The IRC plays a key role in providing an independent review of the internal resources of the Regional Secretariat and in making recommendations to the CTI-CFF Senior Officials regarding the annual budget, internal audits, acceptance of audit reports, and policy directions related to finance and asset management.
