The CTI-CFF Regional Secretariat team is visiting Timor-Leste for the courtesy of meeting the TL Government and the NCC

The CTI-CFF Regional Secretariat team is visiting Timor-Leste to meet with the Timor-Leste Government and the National Coordination Committee (NCC) in support of Timor-Leste’s chairmanship of CTI-CFF for the 2023–2024 period.

Today, the Executive Director of the CTI-CFF Regional Secretariat, Dr. Mohd. Kushairi Mohd. Rajuddin, held a productive discussion with the Chair of the Committee of Senior Officials (CSO), Sir Acacio Guterres, the Director General of Fisheries at the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, as well as the National Directors, department chiefs, and technical staff.

The visit aimed to provide an overview of the new Regional Plan of Action (RPOA 2.0) and to invite feedback from Timor-Leste. The Regional Secretariat hopes that Timor-Leste will gain significant benefits from its partnership within the CTI-CFF framework.
