The CTI-CFF Regional Secretariat extends its heartfelt congratulations to the newly inaugurated Governor, Maj. Gen. (Ret.) Yulius Selvanus, SE, and Vice Governor, Dr. J. Victor Mailangkay, SH, MH, of North Sulawesi, as well as the Mayor, Mr. Andrei Angouw, and Vice Mayor, Dr. Richard Sualang, of Manado City, for the 2025–2030 term.
