The CTI-CFF WLF’s Women’s Intergenerational Leadership Learning Forum, implemented by Coral Triangle Center (CTC) and USDOI-ITAP with funding from USAID RDMA, in collaboration with the CTI-CFF Regional Secretariat and National Coordinating Committees, aims to create a knowledge-sharing platform connecting senior marine conservation women leaders with early-career women showing leadership potential.

The intent is to build a cadre of young women leaders empowered to lead marine conservation programs in support of CTI-CFF goals. Activities include a regional participatory forum, a small grants program for mentee-led projects, and a final regional workshop.
Together, senior mentors and mentees will collaborate on projects, establishing the next generation of marine conservationists.

This 12-month program will select one mentor-mentee pair per CT country (6 mentors and 6 mentees) via an open application process.
Participants will work directly with mentors on leadership development and Conservation Challenge projects read more..
