The Coral Triangle Initiative on Coral Reef, Fisheries and Food Security (CTI–CFF) Regional Secretariat has recently hosted the “Selection Process of Deputy Executive Director for Program and Corporate Services” from 27-28 June 2016 in Jakarta, Indonesia.

The following positions are crucial in supporting the Executive Director, especially in strengthening the operations and taking the role in the design and implementation of program activities under CTI-CFF goals and targets, which are important to address crucial issues particularly on food security, climate change, and marine biodiversity.

The Appointment Committee

CTI Council of Ministers (COM) delegates the responsibility and power to the CTI Committee of Senior Officials (CSO) to convene an Appointment Committee to conduct selection and recruitment of the vacant positions accordingly.

During the 11th Senior Official Meeting of CTI-CFF held on 2-3 December 2015, the CSO nominated their members of the Appointment Committee to follow up the appointment process of Deputy Executive Directors.
