5th CTI-CFF Ministerial Meeting

Description: Meeting of the CTI-CFF Ministers on key institutional aspects of CTI-CFF including the establishment, operational plan, budget and core staff of a permanent Regional Secretariat and progress of various CTI-CFF programs and activities since the 4th Ministerial Meeting in Putrajaya, Malaysia in November 2012. It will also include the formal handover of the CT-COM chairmanship from Malaysia to Papua New Guinea.
