The 3rd Writeshop in Preparation of the SCTR for the Philippines on 27-28 February 2012 at the Imperial Palace Suites in Timog Ave., Corner Tomas Morato Avenue, Quezon City. The main objective of the Writeshop is to finalize the SCTR Philippines.
