Cecilia G. Cabusas is a licensed professional teacher. She is a free-spirited, open-minded, pro-active team-player who retired as the General Records Manager of a composite insurance cooperative based in Cagayan de Oro City, Northern Mindanao Philippines.
She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Commerce major in Accounting degree from Xavier University (Ateneo de Cagayan) in Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines. She also obtained her MA in Sociology degree from the same Jesuit university. She further earned a post master’s degree: MS in Sociology from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University aka as Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Virginia, USA.
Her work background is a mix of various stints as an entrepreneur, free-lance consultant, officer, auditor and teacher in the academe, the corporate world, social and peoples’ organizations, a BPO company and the cooperative world prior to joining the RS.
